THE Apple should soon bring more products based on the M1 chip to Brazil. According to approvals found at the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), the company has already registered in Brazil the two new models of the iPad Pro and the 24-inch iMac.
According to the documentation found by MacMagazine, the 11-inch iPad Pro appeared on Anatel with the serial number A2459. The 12.9-inch version was identified as A2461.
The 24-inch iMac was approved by Anatel with the serial code A2439 and did not arrive alone in the Brazilian regulatory body. THE Apple also registered the Magic Keyboard in the standard versions, with Touch ID and in the edition with biometric reader and numeric keypad.
The records at Anatel do not bring extra details about the Brazilian version of the devices. The documentation only lists the factories where the products were assembled, all located in China.
Among recent releases from Apple, only the set-top box Apple 4K TV has not appeared in Brazil so far. AirTags object trackers and the purple iPhone 12 are now available for purchase in Brazil.
despite the Apple having already obtained approval to market the new devices in Brazil, the company has not yet announced when it should launch the new electronics based on the M1 chip in national territory. According to rumors, the devices will be released out there on May 21st.
With the progress of approval here, it may be that the company will also be able to release new products in our country during the next month.
