Google Lens app gets reverse image search button

A reverse image search, also simply called an image search, means that an internet search is carried out based on an image. In this way, it is possible to find different sizes for the image, the pages where the image appears, and possibly also the original image.

Now the Google Lens app for Android has started getting a button that performs a reverse image search. Google has previously called the function “find the image source”. Not everyone sees the button yet, but it will appear under the image in Lens once it appears.

Another way to perform an image-based search is to visit images.google.com and press the camera button next to the search field.
