Microsoft has just unveiled in detail the next games planned on the Xbox Game Pass, for PC and console.
This June, the fishing is pretty good for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, while the Xbox application on PC continues to improve.
Alan Wake is coming to Xbox Game Pass
The arrival of some of the games announced in the Game Pass had already been known for several days, but Microsoft is today revealing specific release dates.
First, on June 11, subscribers will be able to enjoy No Man’s Sky (console and PC) battletech (CP), Dungeon of the Endless (console and PC), Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2 (CP), Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix (console) and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue (console). Still on this date, eFootball PES 2020 will benefit from the arrival of free DLC on console, like The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind on Xbox One.
Finally, in addition to the possibility, from June 16, of pre-installing the Preview of Grounded on PC and console, Bard’s Tale Remastered and Resnarkled (console and PC) and thronebreaker (console) will be added to Xbox Game Pass on June 18.
No Man’s Sky: mechs arrive via the Exo Mech update
Games are going away, but the Xbox app is getting better on PC
Unsurprisingly, who says “new games” also says “games that are leaving the catalog”. On June 15, here are the titles you will no longer be able to access:
- Book of Demons (CP)
- Everspace (Console & PC)
- Resident Evil Revelations (Console)
- Riptide GP: Renegade (Console & PC)
- Riverbond (Console & PC)
- Samorost 3 (CP)
- screamride (Console)
- Super hot (Console & PC)
- Supermarket Shriek (Console & PC)
- The Last Door: Season 2 (CP)
- The Stillness of the Wind (CP)
Finally, we note that the Xbox application on PC, still in beta, is improving. Microsoft has already improved things under the hood by switching to React Native for better performance and less memory usage. Also, good news for tweakers, mods should now be easier to use with Game Pass games.
