Xiaomi returned this week to sending Android 10 mobile operating system updates for the Xiaomi Mi A3 model. For now, the new wave of downloads is only released for some regions in Europe, but it is possible that new regions will receive notification of availability soon.
Build 126.96.36.199.QFQEUXM weighs around 1.33 GB and has reached almost every region on the continent. As expected, according to the official post on Xiaomi’s Community Forum, it brings the main new features of the Google platform: smart responses, new navigation gestures, night mode, more privacy controls and the Digital Wellness service.
This model from the Chinese manufacturer has a practically pure version of the platform, being a good alternative for those who do not like the skin personalized service and any pre-installed company services.
But the task was not easy for Xiaomi: as pointed out by Piunikaweb, the Mi A3 update to the global version had only taken place in test form in some regions, and when the distribution was in its early stages, several bugs were found — including flaws in the device’s biometric reader. O download it was then held back in March 2020, attempted a comeback in April and was again paralyzed after further failures.
Apparently, now the firmware has been stabilized, and new regions can receive Android 10 on the device. For now, there is no scheduled date for the update to reach other locations.
