Oppo’s rollable screen technology is shown off in videos

Manufacturers such as LG and Oppo are working on mobiles that use the flexible screen technology in a new way. Instead of foldable designs, the screen is rolled out to a new, larger format that is more like a tablet.

A French YouTube channel shows off Oppo’s phone which is called “Oppo X 2021”. A German channel also has access to Oppo’s concept mobile, and the launch of a commercial edition therefore does not seem too distant.
