Panasonic Announces 55” and 65” OLED HZ980 Budget TVs

Panasonic has announced its new cost-effective line of HZ980 OLED TVs, with 55” and 65” panel versions. To ensure the reduced price, the models received a less advanced light emitting diode than the one used in other equipment from the Japanese company, such as the HZ1000, HZ1500 and HZ2000 series.
The TVs will arrive in stores with 4k HDR technology and support HDR10+, HLG (used by satellite operators), Dolby Vision IQ and Dolby Atmos. It will also offer the option of high-fidelity adjustments in cinematic display and playback via streaming, thanks to the Filmmaker Mode, Netflix Calibrated Mode and HCX Pro Intelligent processor features (including this manufacturer’s premium editions).
The Panasonic HZ980 OLED series has Bluetooth Audio Link integration, plus compatibility with Google and Alexa assistants, enabling the use of voice commands and connection to wireless smart devices (speakers, soundbars, headphones, etc.).
The manufacturer only released the initial price of the 55” OLED TV of 1,699 pounds. Both sizes will arrive in the UK starting in July, so there is no forecast for sales in other markets, such as Brazil.
The package Amazon Prime features Prime Video, Prime Music, Prime Reading, Free shipping and exclusive discounts. Free trial for 30 days and then pay only R$9.90 per month.
