Samsung Galaxy A70e: the smartphone with 6.1-inch screen is shown in 3D renderings

The leaker OnLeaks, in partnership with the Indian site Compareraja, has uploaded 3D renderings of a future Samsung smartphone with a 6.1-inch screen. It should be the future Samsung Galaxy A70e.
As Samsung started to launch its new range Galaxy A of 2020 with the Galaxy A51 and A71, it is a ghost that is presented to us by the Compareraja site. In partnership with the leaker Onleaks, the Indian site has indeed unveiled several 3D rendering images of a Samsung Galaxy A70e.
This smartphone should not be a direct replacement for the Galaxy A70, since this is the role of Galaxy A71. If we follow the logic already adopted last year with the Galaxy S10e and Galaxy A20e, it should in fact be a more affordable version of the Galaxy A70.
A fingerprint reader on the back and a micro-USB socket
According to information obtained by OnLeaks, the Samsung Galaxy A70e would take on the front a design quite close to that of the Galaxy A70. We should therefore not have a camera in a bubble on the pierced screen, but a notch, as on last year’s model. The smartphone would also not benefit from a fingerprint reader behind the screen – which we do not know if it will be OLED or LCD – but on the back. In addition, still on the back, we should find a triple camera positioned vertically at the top left. A photo module that is also much more discreet than on the last smartphones from the Korean manufacturer.
According to information from Onleaks, the Samsung Galaxy A70e would also be much smaller than its predecessor with a 6.1-inch screen – compared to 6.7 for the Galaxy A70 – and would also benefit from a headphone jack. The presence of a micro-USB socket – and not USB-C – also suggests that it will be an entry-level smartphone.
For now, we still do not know when this Samsung will be announced. Galaxy A70e and what will be its full characteristics.
