The Bard’s Tale Trilogy has already arrived on Xbox Game Pass

The Bard’s Tale Trilogy has already arrived on Xbox Game Pass. As we have already mentioned, the inXile Entertainment trilogy would arrive at Microsoft service this week and is now available. But it won’t be the only game we receive from the creators of Torment: Tides of Numenera soon. On August 20, The Bard’s Tale IV: Director’s Cut will also arrive on Xbox Game Pass. Last installment of the saga to date, with all its additional content. And that’s not all, because the Wasteland saga is on its way. Wastelant 30th Anniversary Collection will arrive later this year and Wasteland 3 will do so in 2020.

The trilogy contains the remastered version of the first three games of the saga, the first being The Bard’s Tale: Tales of the Unknown (1985). In this story, the magician Mangar has cast a spell that has caused an eternal winter in Skara Brae and we must end it. This title is followed by The Bard’s Tale II: The Destiny Knight (1986), a game in which we will have to find the seven parts of the Wand of Destiny. And the last title that completes the trilogy is The Bard’s Tale III: Thief of Fate (1988), where we will have to fight the mad god Tarjan.

The Bard’s Tale: Trilogy arrives with interesting changes, adopted from current players. We can choose between a male or female character from the beginning, as well as an updated inventory and equipment. However, Legacy Mode will allow us to enjoy the classic inXile Entertainment experience. If you want to enter the world of the purest role of this study, do not hesitate and give this great trilogy a chance.
