The first Xiaomi and Redmi phones to receive MIUI 13 based on Android 12

It will get MIUI 13 based on Android 12, the first officially announced Xiaomi and redmi smart phone models in the meantime.

Launched with the motto “Fast and stable”, the MIUI 13 interface update built on Android 12. Xiaomi and redmi smartphone models globally in the first quarter of 2022 will start to take it. According to the official statement, the first phones to receive the update will be:

“Mi 11, Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11i, Mi 11X Pro, Mi 11X, Xiaomi Pad 5 (Tablet), Redmi 10, Redmi 10 Prime, Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE, Xiaomi 11 Lite NE, Redmi Note 8 (2021), Xiaomi 11T Pro, Xiaomi 11T, Redmi Note 10 Pro, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Redmi Note 10, Mi 11 Lite 5G, Mi 11 Lite vto Redmi Note 10 JE”

This list will be updated not showing all phones. In the future Xiaomi and redmi Other signed phones will also be updated. New phones will come out of their boxes directly with Android 12 + MIUI 13 interface.

Those of the phones listed above sold in the Turkish market will most likely have received the update before the end of the first quarter of 2022. MIUI 13, whose stability has been increased by about 52 percent, focuses on improving basic functions in general. The new system focuses on optimizing the computing capabilities for core applications during heavy usage, with features such as Focused Algorithms, Atomized Memory and Liquid Storage developed by Xiaomi.

MIUI 13 prevents and reduces the degradation of the device’s read and write capabilities by 5 percent over a 36-month period with Atomized Memory and Fluent Storage technologies. This extends the life of the devices.

As of the third quarter of 2021, the number of devices connected to Xiaomi’s IoT platform exceeded 400 million. MIUI 13 comes with the beta version of Mi Smart Hub, which will help achieve a more connected experience between smart devices while leading the industry with its smart hardware portfolio.

Mi Smart Hub allows users to seamlessly share content such as music, screen and even apps across multiple devices and find nearby devices with a simple gesture.

MIUI 13 includes important features for further customization as well as connectivity. It offers a unique OS experience with new widgets, dynamic wallpapers and more.”
