Netflix, has launched the feature where you can stop the trailers that start playing automatically while browsing the library. Videos will no longer suddenly play while searching for content.
Netflix library aims to make it as easy as possible to find new content with its user-friendly interface. The library was also automatically playing content trailers for users. The primary purpose of this feature, of course, is to provide a preview of the content on which the user focuses, before watching it. Although it seems like a logical feature, there are some problems. First, you can’t stop these trailers. As soon as you click on the trailer, the content takes you to the first episode. Secondly, when you want to browse other content on the page, the trailer continues to play and may force you to constantly click on other content. While useful for some users, this is frustrating for others. However, it is now possible to turn it off.
Some people find this feature helpful. Others not so much.

Preview is turned off from Netflix profile settings
The steps you need to follow to turn off the feature are quite simple. First you need to login to your account. After entering your own profile Profile Management > Your account name > Autoplay previews on all devices while browsing content you have to follow the steps. When you uncheck this box and save, automatic previews are stopped on all devices only for the profile you have set. Let’s also note that this must be set separately for each profile. Now you can easily navigate between content without the tension of the trailer starting abruptly.
