We apparently know what the back of the Xbox Series X looks like… and here’s what it reveals

Unveiled at the very end of last year, Microsoft’s new Xbox continues to reveal itself slowly.
For the past few days, it’s been the rear part of the console that has been talking a lot, with connections that would be slightly overhauled.
The new Xbox shows its behind
Thus, after AMD’s “blunder” during CES in Las Vegas, which had used a false image of the upcoming console, it was via Twitter that we recently discovered what would be a prototype of the future Xbox .

Obviously, if the front panel does not display anything very particular (apart from a disk drive and a USB port, in addition to the ignition and synchronization buttons), it is the rear part, and in particular the connectors, which interests players currently.

Thus, if we rely on the new images unveiled on Twitter, the next Xbox would have a USB Type-A port on the back, an HDMI output, an optical audio port, an Ethernet port and from a mains socket.
Exit the HDMI-in port?
However, it should be remembered that this information is “unofficial”, but if all of this were to be confirmed, Microsoft would then have decided to draw a line under the HDMI-in port, currently present on its Xbox One.

We will have to wait a little longer to find out everything, and officially this time, about this new Xbox. Remember that the new Microsoft console is expected for the end of 2020, at the same time as a certain PlayStation 5.
